Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits and rewards for exceptional performance.
Job Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting students with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting or one-on-one, as well as monitoring and reporting progress to the class teacher and other professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and resourceful individual to join a dynamic school environment and contribute to the academic success of students. Key responsibilities will include: developing and implementing behaviour management strategies; working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff; and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a calm and patient approach when dealing with challenging situations. A recognised teaching qualification or equivalent experience is also essential, along with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
