Primary Teacher for Challenging Students

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Primary Teacher to join our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in South Birmingham. We are seeking an experienced educator who can make a positive impact on the lives of students with challenging behaviour.
Salary Range: £41,600 per annum
About the Position- Teaching students with Special Education Needs, including ADHD, SEMH, EBD, and other complex requirements.
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans to support students' academic and personal growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to parents/carers.
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with Special Education Needs.
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
The PRU provides a supportive and structured environment for students to overcome their challenges. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
