As a Production Manager at Brambles, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations at our Severnside Plant, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Zero Harm and Safety Differently policies and procedures.
  • Drive the implementation of Zero Defect policies and procedures.
  • Achieve production and efficiency targets through effective team leadership and process optimization.
  • Engage operations teams in business values and objectives.
  • Design and implement changes based on data and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and report CI metrics, including plant efficiency, OEE, near misses, and product flow compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement activities using Kaizen and DMAIC approaches.

Requirements:

  • 6 Sigma Green Belt qualification or CI/lean-based qualification.
  • NEBOSH qualified, IOSH accepted.
  • Experience in lean-based/CI operational roles and team leadership.
  • Good coaching skills and proven capabilities in communication and problem-solving.
  • Experience in MS-Office applications and leadership, project management, and change.
