About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our busy Customer Solutions department. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming work, undertaking queries, and administrative tasks. You will also oversee the allocation of cases received into the department and ensure a fair and consistent level of work across the team.
About You
- You are well-organized and able to manage your own time and workloads with minimal supervision.
- You remain calm under pressure and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You take ownership, accept responsibility, deliver results, and manage expectations.
- You are a confident communicator and able to inspire trust and foster strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.
Minimum Criteria
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You have experience managing high volumes of work in a customer-focused environment, meeting KPIs and targets.
- You are able to manage your own time while managing a variety of tasks and prioritizing.
- You have a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
- You are able to build relationships with other areas of the business or with business partners.
- You have strong attention to detail.
