We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Business Partner to join our Marketing team at Ampa - Legal & Professional Services.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business development initiatives forward, working closely with area teams and the wider organisation, including legal colleagues across all our Ampa brands.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading key account planning and undertaking client care meetings to ensure our clients are at the heart of our growth plans
- Identifying and developing targeted initiatives and go-to-market strategies alongside marketing colleagues
- Leading relevant sales and business development meetings to drive growth and revenue
- Talking to clients and prospects to introduce our teams and services
- Using CRM and client analytics to identify and unlock new work opportunities
- Researching partnership and sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to create event and activation plans
- Acting as a conduit between fee-earning teams and wider marketing specialists
- Encouraging, challenging, and coaching partners and other fee earners with their own business development goals
