About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Small-Medium Business team. As a key member of our outbound licensing team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions

  • Salary £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £65,000
