This is a unique opportunity to drive the international expansion of Axon Evidence Local, our on-premises digital evidence management solution.

As an International Product Manager II, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new markets where cloud-based solutions are not a viable option. Develop competitive insights and collaborate effectively with international sales and sales engineering teams to secure new business opportunities.

You'll collaborate closely with the Axon Evidence Local product manager, acting as a subject matter expert on certain product capabilities. A key aspect of this role will be to more formally productize the relationship between our cloud solution, Axon Evidence, and Axon Evidence Local, including developing and implementing a comprehensive cloud migration strategy for existing Axon Evidence Local customers.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise networks, server/client architecture, network bandwidth, video streaming, storage, and databases. Experience with both on-premise and cloud integration is a plus.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of enterprise networks, server/client architecture, network bandwidth, video streaming, storage, and databases.
  • Product Management Experience: 1+ years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to enterprise software solutions or digital evidence management systems.
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and guide them through complex technical processes.
    • Proven ability to write clear, precise, and compelling technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience in delivering IT projects. Experience with projects involving data migration or large-scale software deployments is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems creatively and strategically.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally when necessary (~10%).
