We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our capital and revenue construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce tender documents using various forms and types of contract, including Partnership Working forms, for all Capital and Revenue construction and building-related projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of Local Authorities Capital and Revenue building works programs in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Provide cost monitoring and forecasting services for all building-related projects undertaken by the Section.
  • Carry out monthly financial valuations of contractor/partner activity, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying.
  • NHF SOR experience (3 years).
  • Experience of working on a range of procurement methods and contract forms.
  • Building, construction, and procurement practice, including EU Procurement Directives.
  • Social Housing experience.
