Vehicle Damage Assessor

Overview:
VDA required to join our family run business to estimate damaged vehicle's.

5+ years experience required. Qualifications preferred are NVQ / VCQ level 3 or ATA senior required. Although not essential.

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, including both mechanical and aesthetic aspects.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify repair needs and estimate costs.
- Interact with customers to explain assessment findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure accurate repair plans.
- Upsell additional services or repairs when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments and repair recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Be be able to use Audatex and GT motive
- Proven experience in vehicle damage assessment or related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge to assess damage accurately.
- Ability to work as a team
