About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SACT Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre in Oxford. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will contribute to delivering high-quality chemotherapy nursing services, working closely with medical consultants and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' health needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients receiving chemotherapy, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to evidence-based practices
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with medical consultants and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant laws and regulations

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
