About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Specialist Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients with cancer in the comfort of their own homes.

As a specialist nurse, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting patients with oncology treatments, training them to self-medicate oncology medication, and offering ongoing support via telephone, clinics, and home visits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and supporting patients with oncology treatments
  • Training patients to self-medicate oncology medication
  • Providing ongoing support via telephone, clinics, and home visits
  • Line care for IV Oncology patients
  • Checking and assessing blood results
  • Supporting field clinical staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RGN qualification with Chemotherapy Delivery Qualification
  • Experience in administering oncology medication
  • A full clean UK Driving Licence
