About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Nurse Professional in Radiotherapy to join our dynamic team at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, education, and support throughout the radiotherapy journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and palliative care strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Design and deliver educational programs for patients, families, and staff on radiotherapy treatment options, side effects, and self-care techniques.
Requirements
  • Post-registration experience in oncology or a related field.
  • Certification in chemotherapy administration or a related area is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary for this position is approximately £43,041 - £51,400, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
