Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapy Radiographer to join our team at GenesisCare. As a key member of our radiotherapy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of therapists, ensuring the effective performance of the radiotherapy team, and contributing to the development of imaging and treatment protocols.

What You'll Do: As a Senior Therapy Radiographer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of therapists, ensuring the effective performance of the radiotherapy team, and contributing to the development of imaging and treatment protocols. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to drive better life outcomes for patients.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant postgraduate studies or clinical experience in therapeutic radiography, HCPC registration, and evidence of continuing professional development. You should also have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexibly to achieve business objectives.
