Job Summary
We're seeking a Claims Advisor to join our team in Aldershot. As a Claims Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing vehicle hire and repair for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents. You'll work closely with customers, body shops, and rental branches to provide repair updates, manage rentals, and create and send invoices to our insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Gather repair updates from customers, bodyshops, and work providers
- Update customer files with accurate information
- Liaise with bodyshops, work providers, and branches to resolve any problematic claims
- Make decisions based on accident circumstances
- Liaise with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers, and other third parties
- Control Hire invoices in line with industry standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions
- Analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in a targeted environment and meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills

Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1EJ
Working Hours
Monday - Saturday, 8-5, with 1 in 3 expectation for Saturdays and a day off in lieu during the week. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
