About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing vehicle hire and repair for customers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, body shops, and insurance companies.
- Manage repair updates, rentals, and invoices, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
- Build relationships with rental branches and insurance companies to improve overall efficiency.
- Make decisions based on accident circumstances and liaise with loss adjusters, policyholders, brokers, and other third parties.
- Control hire invoices in line with industry standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work in a targeted environment with deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet, and telephone skills.
- Previous claims experience, especially in the credit hire environment, is desirable.
