About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Foster + Partners in London, Battersea.

This is a permanent opportunity that offers a competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension, and discretionary annual bonus.

Foster + Partners is a global studio for architecture, engineering, urban, and landscape design, rooted in sustainability. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving meaningful improvements that empower our people, enhance our systems, and deliver exceptional results.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to uncover opportunities for improvement. You will define, test, and deliver innovative solutions, from workflows to automation, and lead change management strategies to boost digital adoption and user productivity.

You will also leverage your technical expertise to enhance system performance and analytics, develop strong, collaborative relationships internally and externally, and ensure seamless integration of new tools and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you must have a fast learner with a proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Experience in agile methodologies, backlog management, and creating detailed business documentation is highly valued. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SQL is also a plus.
