Job Summary: Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead on major projects with global brands. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a consultancy or in a consulting capacity, and will be responsible for identifying and defining requirements for improving processes and systems.

About the Role: As a Business Analyst at Ventula Consulting, you will play a key role in driving business growth by analysing and improving our clients' business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Documenting requirements using user stories and other graphical techniques
  • Working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Developing superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creating process flows for the 'As Is' process

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background working for a consultancy company (advantageous)
  • Experience of writing customer-facing reports
  • Extensive business process mapping experience
