About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are managed from business case through to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are managed from business case through to project closure.
  • Maintain project templates and support the business in developing their project business cases and PID's.
  • Identify key resource requirements and timescales required, monitoring and reporting on scheduled progress including any deviations to agreed plans with all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Monitor critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
  • Manage and maintain budgets to ensure requirements are kept within agreed spend.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall or PRiSM. You will have led IT and software projects in your career and be confident and capable of conversing with technology companies and suppliers.
