Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering several high-profile projects that form part of the Churchill Estates Management (CEM) Improvement Plan. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Head of Commercial to implement additional income streams for the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Project identification and scoring
- Project planning and scope definition
- Definition of deliverables, tasks and sequencing (dependency management)
- Project scheduling (including estimating)
- Project execution and control
- Project handover and closure
- Identifying, securing and managing project resources
- Tracking and reporting of progress
Requirements
- A strong knowledge of project management processes & the property management industry
- Experience in planning, organising & budgeting
- A PRINCE2 qualification
- Calm under pressure & focussed on delivery
