Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Senior Directors in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a structured and timely approach to their work and will be able to think on their feet to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, complete expense reports, compose and prepare documents as directed, and arrange complex travel plans and itineraries.
  • Provide a link for smooth communication between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Identify and anticipate priorities and think ahead of upcoming projects, meetings, and requirements.
  • Follow up on requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the Executive Office is a friendly, warm, and welcoming place for all Colleagues across the business.
Requirements
  • A strong background in supporting Senior Directors or Executives of a growth-oriented business.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
