Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team at Lincolnshire County Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Residential Homes, ensuring the smooth operation of our Children's Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and team, including reception duties, records management, and liaison with stakeholders.
  • Support purchasing activities, manage records, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies, colleagues, and visiting professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration within a busy work environment.
  • Previous experience working with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • First-class customer service skills, including a good telephone manner.
  • A range of transferable skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
