About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team based in Riverhead House Children's Residential Home in Louth. This is a full-time and permanent position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and team, including reception duties, purchasing activities, and records management tasks.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including partner agencies, colleagues, and visiting professionals.
  • Support the team with training and development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide occasional cover for other Homes remotely.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration within a busy work environment.
  • Previous experience working with multiple agencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • First-class customer service skills, including a good telephone manner.
  • A range of transferable skills, including previous experience with Microsoft Office.
