About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections Executive to join our team at Admiral Money. As a Collections Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a caring, responsible, and understanding lender.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with customers in early arrears to help bring their accounts back into good health.
  • Agree repayments that are affordable and sustainable, taking into account the customer's individual situation.
  • Provide fair outcomes and positive experiences for customers at all times.
  • Work closely with other teams in the business to develop a detailed understanding of consumer lending.
