Main Duties- Assessing, implementing, developing, and evaluating programs of care for patients with chronic diseases, minor acute illnesses, and contraception.
- Providing nursing expertise and leadership to the wider primary healthcare team.
- Supervising and teaching other staff members.
- Administering immunizations and vaccinations.
- Assisting in developing local guidance and protocols.
- Clinical assessments, including history taking, and providing care for patients with a range of illnesses and conditions.
