We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our exciting global growth journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on-ground product launches, overseeing marketing communications, and managing PR & communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Local Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
    • Manage marketing communications, including media campaigns and vendor relationships.
    • Oversee PR & communications, sponsorships, and member engagement initiatives.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Lead the development of social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to set objectives and conduct post-campaign analyses.
  • EMEA Marketing Cooperation:
    • Work closely with the EMEA Marketing Team to leverage best practices and adapt regional programs for local use.
  • Member Engagement:
    • Collaborate with local members to identify needs for new tools, materials, and training.
    • Ensure member engagement in marketing initiatives and gather feedback proactively.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:
    • Cooperate with Country Manager, SS&S, Member Services, Logistics, and Sales Centers to develop and execute effective member programs.
  • Marketing Material Development:
    • Lead the development and production of marketing materials, including literature, market research, and business tools.
    • Monitor market needs and update tools to support DMOs effectively.
  • Corporate Marketing Alignment:
    • Implement regional and global marketing programs in alignment with Corporate Marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Marketing or Economics
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in marketing, brand/category management or trade marketing
  • Soft Skills: Open, positive, stress-resistant, enthusiastic, motivated, independent, creative, and a problem-solver.
  • Language: Native Ukrainian, Fluent Russian and English
