About the Role:

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop opportunities in target accounts and assigned territories.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers at targeted Fortune 1000 companies to identify customer challenges and communicate potential Neo4j solutions.
  • Leverage all available tools and resources to engage interested prospects, including email, telephone, web conferencing, webinars, training classes, and live events.

Requirements:

  • Prior SDR experience in a software company and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Fluent English and bilingual in another European language is a plus.
  • Hard-working, self-starter with a positive and energetic persona.
  • Excellent phone skills, including listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
  • Able to learn new technologies, such as SQL and information management tools.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our CRM system.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools, including Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce.com, Web-conferencing, Outreach, and Zoominfo.

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
