Job Title: Sales and Profit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Profit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and improving profit margins.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer service and commercial acumen. They will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage budgets, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and forecast sales performance to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong focus on customer service and commercial acumen
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
