About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with major retailers, contractors, and architects to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial sales management.
- Proven track record of success in building relationships with major retailers and contractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
