About the Role:

This Senior Sales Leadership position, based in Liverpool, will oversee the North West region including 4 sites and 10 direct reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with field sales managers to drive new business across Liverpool, Manchester, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive sales growth and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Focus on appointment targets, home visits, and follow-up sales from your teams.
  • Work closely with the lead generators and product teams to align customer needs with product offerings and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategy.
  • Attend regular meetings and training at the Liverpool and Manchester offices, while spending a majority of time in the field with clients.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales management role, ideally within household goods, furniture, or a similar sector.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value.
  • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working in a field-based role, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £50,000, with the potential to earn up to £70,000 per year.
