Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team at the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and treatments to individuals with complex emotional needs associated with personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the underlying causes of an individual's complex emotional needs.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address the individual's complex emotional needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to individuals with personality disorder.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the treatment of personality disorder.
- Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology or Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
- Experience working with individuals with personality disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for personality disorder.
