Job Title: Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and treatments to individuals with complex emotional needs associated with personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients with complex emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address the complex needs of clients, including those with personality disorder.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, as well as consultation and training to other professionals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology.
  • Experience in working with clients with complex emotional needs, including those with personality disorder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
