Job Title: Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognitive Analytic Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team in providing specialist psychological services to individuals with complex emotional needs associated with personality disorder.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, providing psychological input to individuals with severe mental health problems, including psychosis, personality disorder, and complex mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for individuals with complex emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including formulation and care planning, in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and risk management for individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide consultation and training to other professionals on aspects of psychological care.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Qualified in Cognitive Analytic Therapy or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with complex emotional needs.
  • Experience of working with individuals with personality disorder and complex mental health difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
