**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant

TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join an experienced team in a SEND setting linked to a mainstream school near Cambridge.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students with PMLD / ASD, fostering positive relationships and creating a safe environment. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to implement behavior plans and track progress.

The ideal candidate will have patience, resilience, and strong communication skills. Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support are advantageous but not essential.

This role involves:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with PMLD / ASD
  • Fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and their support network
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching staff to implement behavior plans

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
