This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a SEND setting linked to a mainstream school.

You will be working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualised support to students with PMLD / ASD.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  1. Provide individualised support to students with PMLD / ASD
  2. Develop positive relationships with students and colleagues
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behaviour plans

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support (desirable)
  • Experience working with students with PMLD / ASD or other SEN (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
