We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Progresso Search.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (basic + commission)

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels.
  • Achieve department sales conversion targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all sales calls are made in line with company processes and FCA regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of telephone sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office.
