Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Outbound Customer Service Agent with Harlow Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by explaining the features and benefits of our funeral plans and answering general plan questions.

You will ensure all customers' details are accurately recorded on our CRM system and maintain existing records in compliance with FCA guidelines. Your primary focus will be on delivering good outcomes for retail customers while working collaboratively with the wider department as needed.

Skill Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a good telephone manner. You must also have the ability to easily explain what we do and don't do. Additionally, you will need to manage ever-changing day-to-day workloads, record information with high accuracy, and adapt to changes within the department.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, plus incentives for hitting or exceeding sales targets. You will also receive 30 days of holiday (including bank holidays) and optional overtime at full pay. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to our comprehensive training academy and hybrid working arrangement after the first month's training.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within FCA guidelines without compromising customers' quality of service. You should be comfortable working with multiple client requests simultaneously and have a proven background in using Microsoft Office suite and proprietary client record systems.
