Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Station Technician to join our team at Hartlepool Lifeboat Station. As a Senior Station Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and operation of our lifeboats, as well as providing technical support to our volunteer crew members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of lifeboats and associated equipment
  • Provide technical support to volunteer crew members
  • Develop and implement quality, safety, and health procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in marine engineering or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and ability to respond to emergencies 24/7
