Back Office Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Lincoln. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic back-office environment where your expertise will be valued and utilized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees using advanced accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Benefits
