Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts professional to join our dynamic back-office team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in weekly payroll processing and accounts administration.

The role involves accurately reviewing employee timesheets, inputting data into pay and billing systems, and processing wages, salaries, overtime, and holiday pay calculations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, managing HMRC documentation, and resolving employee queries related to payroll, payslips, and timesheets.

  2. Accurately review employee timesheets and input data into pay and billing systems.
  3. Process wages, salaries, overtime, and holiday pay calculations.
  4. Maintain accurate employee data and process updates as required.
  5. Manage HMRC documentation, ensuring accurate tax and National Insurance deductions.
  6. Resolve employee queries related to payroll, payslips, and timesheets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in weekly payroll processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy across payroll and accounts.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
