About the Role

Gartner is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our conference sales enablement efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive client engagement and registration for our conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and conference agendas to create compelling value propositions for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a robust social media strategy to amplify our conference value proposition and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
