We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Specialist to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telesales, field sales, and other sales channels
  • Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents
  • Draft and send sales correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of sales processes
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
