Role Overview
As a key member of the Portfolio HR & Reward team, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service regarding HR policies and advice to employees and managers. This role will involve transactional HR administration within the employee lifecycle, including tasks such as managing the Chelmsford HR Helpdesk, providing guidance to employees and managers, and onboarding new joiners.

The successful candidate will have worked within a busy HR function previously and have experience of using Workday system. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask with a process improvement mindset.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in specialised components and subsystems, with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
