As an HR Coordinator at Austin Fraser, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees and managers to provide guidance on HR policies and advice.

The role involves managing the HR Helpdesk, processing employee data, and co-ordinating on and off boarding of employees. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of HR procedures and policies.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the UK HR team
  • Manage the HR Helpdesk and phone lines
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and advice
  • Process employee data, including contractual offers and changes
  • Co-ordinate on and off boarding of employees
  • Update the HRIS system ensuring accuracy of all data
  • Support key HR projects within the department
