Main Responsibilities:
  1. HR Helpdesk Management: Manage phone lines, ensuring timely support to employees and managers.
  2. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance on matters, including policies and procedures.
  3. HR Ticketing and Inbox Management: Ensure efficient processing and communication of employee data.
  4. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate processes for new joiners and departing employees.
  5. Employee Data Administration: Process and communicate contractual offers and changes.
  6. Induction Programmes: Develop induction programmes for new joiners.
  7. HRIS Maintenance: Update Workday to ensure accuracy of all data.
  8. Administration Support: Support company reward schemes, including third-party benefit providers.
  9. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports to support business decision-making.
  10. Procedure Development: Develop and maintain Procedures, Policies, and Work Instructions.
  11. Project Coordination: Co-ordinate key HR projects within the department.
