About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Change and Release Management Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Building Society. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of IT changes and releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the safe transition of software changes between development, test, and live environments.
- Act as an escalation point for resolving technical issues and conflicts.
- Facilitate and plan for the implementation of change and release using agile and traditional technical teams.
- Manage risk and implement controls to minimize disruptions to services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working with Change & Release, ensuring IT Change and Release management practices are followed. You will also have the ability to absorb and understand complex technical environments and take ownership of technical deployment activities.
