As a Senior Change Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our emerging change management team and developing the centre of excellence for the NHS Business Services Authority. You will be responsible for providing support to our programmes and projects where significant people-based change is to be delivered, and providing advice on a consultancy basis to changes across the portfolio. The role will also involve leading change planning and delivery support for projects and programmes of work by implementing a structured approach. You will identify change elements resulting from the project which will impact people, such as business processes, systems, technology and organisation design, and build relationships with stakeholders, internal and external to NHSBSA to complete impact assessments. A key part of the role will be providing line management to a team of change professionals working across the NHSBSA enterprise, and providing support, guidance, direction and coaching to the team and more broadly across departmental profession. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record and experience in successful planning and delivery of change initiatives, significant experience of stakeholder engagement and management, and significant experience in team leadership and managing virtual teams. A change management practitioner qualification and degree or relevant management qualification are also essential. You will be able to communicate sensitive or contentious information appropriately, and have a strong ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders.
