Job Description:

The Commercial Account Handler will be a key point of contact for business clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently. From renewals and adjustments to new business, you'll expertly manage the client portfolio and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively manage client renewals to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  2. Handle policy changes and mid-term adjustments with precision to meet client needs.
  3. Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve client inquiries and issues.
  4. Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
  5. Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation.
  6. Contribute to the team's success by achieving targets and performance goals.

Requirements:
