As a Regional Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and maintaining these relationships. By building a deep understanding of our clients' challenges and objectives, you will identify strategic opportunities for growth and expansion within our regional markets.

Our business model relies heavily on local partnerships and knowledge of regional markets. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with an innate ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with regional business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the cleaning industry or related service sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
