Job Title: SHEQ Advisor

Location: East England

Salary: £45,000 + £6,500 car allowance + 10% annual bonus

Sector: Residential development

We Recruit Group Ltd is excited to support a leading residential developer in the Eastern Region of England. They are seeking a SHEQ Advisor to oversee new build housing projects across Suffolk, Cambridge, and Essex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety on site, as well as maintaining a strong focus on environmental and quality management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee health and safety on new build housing projects
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  3. Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SHEQ management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
