About the Role


We are supporting a leading property and construction consultancy based in Cambridge, seeking an ambitious Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.



Job Description



  • Deliver various health and safety services to ensure compliance on construction projects
  • Ensure pre-construction information is readily available and up-to-date for each project
  • Prepare health and safety files and construction phase plans as required
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement) are in place
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections for a project portfolio
  • Further develop and build existing client relationships and establish new ones
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, developers, designers, and clients, keeping them informed of changes regarding safety in design and risk management


Requirements



  • Holds a NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Membership to IOSH, APS, IIRSM, or similar professional body (desirable)
  • A good understanding of 2015 CDM Regulations
  • Client-facing due to the nature of the role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
